Martha Cook is a retired NHS art teacher who help build the school’s excellent art department. Under her leadership, Atlanta Magazine selected the school’s Fine Arts Department as one of the top 10 programs in the Atlanta area. She was nominated multiple times for Teacher of the Year, and with others helped found and sponsor La Voz, an after-school club for Hispanic students at Norcross, and the La Voz Art Club.
